比戲劇更通俗、比電影更細緻！攝影大師 Alex Prager 特展《Silver Lake Drive》

對全球藝術、時尚、攝影與電影產業，皆產生深遠影響的美國攝影家與電影工作者 Alex Prager（1979—），出身美國洛杉磯，擅長運用側寫鏡頭、奇特角度，用作品揭露了人性最通俗、最戲劇化的一面，以及那些潛藏深處、令人惴惴不安的情緒暗流。

也因為受到好萊塢電影的影響，Alex Prager 的照片看起來更像是一張張電影劇照，不僅畫面中的場景、服裝相當考究與精緻，濃濃的復古況味也帶人彷彿回到了四至五〇年代；此外，她更擅長運用鮮豔的色調、對比強烈的光影，讓畫面主角被凸顯放大，營造詭譎多變的情緒張力。

這次由倫敦 The Photographer’s Gallery 推岀的大展《Silver Lake Drive》，內容將以 Alex Prager 的攝影作品為主軸，運用館內兩層樓展場空間，呈現她十年內創作的近40幅攝影與電影作品，讓喜愛她的你我，將有機會一睹 Alex Prager 創作中「比戲劇更濃烈」的強大情感張力。
